1. Current use of cookies
Krinex.ai currently does not intentionally use analytics, advertising, marketing or behavioural-tracking cookies.
The current public corporate website does not use:
- Google Analytics or GA4
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Ads conversion tracking
- Meta Pixel
- Hotjar
- Microsoft Clarity
- Segment
- advertising or retargeting technologies
The public corporate website also does not currently use cookies for user accounts, login or authentication because it does not contain a session-based account system.
The Krinex Clinical portal is a separate operational environment and is not covered by this statement about the public Krinex.ai corporate website.
2. Strictly necessary technical functions
Some website functions use temporary technical information in order to operate correctly.
For example, the contact form creates a temporary request identifier to help prevent duplicate submissions.
This identifier is held in page memory and is not stored as a browser cookie, localStorage item or sessionStorage item.
Form information is transmitted only when the user submits the form.
3. Language and enquiry preferences
Krinex.ai may use URL parameters such as:
lang
and
topic
to preserve language or enquiry selections.
These values remain in the URL and are not stored in cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage.
They are not used for behavioural tracking.
4. Local browser storage
Krinex.ai does not currently use localStorage or sessionStorage for analytics, advertising, behavioural tracking or preference profiling.
If this changes in the future, this Notice will be updated accordingly.
5. Third-party content and external resources
The current public Krinex.ai website does not embed third-party videos, maps, chat tools, CAPTCHA services or external form providers that intentionally set tracking cookies through embedded content.
Website fonts are served locally and are not loaded from Google Fonts or another external font provider.
6. Analytics and marketing technologies
Krinex.ai does not currently activate non-essential analytics, advertising or marketing technologies.
If analytics, advertising, marketing, retargeting or similar technologies are introduced in the future, they will be reviewed before deployment.
Where consent is required under applicable law:
- such technologies must not load before the required consent is obtained;
- users must be able to reject non-essential technologies as easily as they can accept them;
- consent choices must be recorded appropriately;
- users must be able to change or withdraw consent later;
- this Notice must be updated to identify the relevant technologies, purposes and retention information.
7. Cookie consent
Because the current public Krinex.ai website does not intentionally use consent-requiring analytics, advertising or marketing technologies, a cookie consent banner is not currently used.
If consent-requiring technologies are introduced in the future, Krinex.ai will implement appropriate consent controls before those technologies are activated.
8. Hosting and technical infrastructure
The website's hosting and delivery infrastructure may process technical connection information necessary to deliver, operate and secure the website. The Krinex.ai application does not intentionally create analytics, advertising or marketing cookies through its current application code.
9. Changes to this Notice
We may update this Notice if the website, hosting environment or technologies used by Krinex.ai change.
